How to Use
Step 1 - Define and Fill (Pencil End) Use the sharp edge of the blade pencil to outline the brow shape and draw fine hairs at the front. Use the flat side to fill in any gaps toward the tail.
Step 2 - Tint and Set (Mascara End) Gently brush the brow mascara through your brows in an upward and outward motion. This will add color, volume, and lock the brow shape in place for a 3D, "wild brow" effect.
Step 3 - Blend If needed, use the spiral brush to lightly blend the color for a more seamless, natural gradient.
